Workshop: Q & A and Open Discussion (part 2)
This is the second in a series of support group meetings.
The format of this session is an open-format Q&A discussion rather than the usual presentation-style talks.
If you want to share your successes and failures with your [ Diet ] • The foods habitually consumed by a person, community or other group. • A specific food regimen such as a weight-loss diet or a vegetarian diet. See Dieting.... More or health issues, this is a good opportunity tell your story and get some constructive feedback.
If you have specific goals for weight loss or health and wellness this is a good opportunity to work on an action plan.
If you do better staying on track when you have a supportive group, then you would definitely benefit from this.
WHAT TO BRING:
A notebook, pen and your enthusiasm. 🙂

One block north of Bloor St., on the east side of Yonge. Two-minute walk from Yonge-Bloor subway station.

Get off the elevator on the second floor and turn right. Look for the glass door to the left of the Copy Centre (north-west corner).
NOTE: Do not ask for the library staff for the event location by name. They have no record of actual events. Study rooms are registered to the presenter by personal name (not the event itself).
